The final student report card will be mailed home to the address in the Home Access Center. If your address is incorrect in Home Access Center, the report card may be returned to the district over the summer and won’t be available until August. Contact the Registrar’s Office to fill out an address change form and to provide the required proof of residency such as a current month utility bill. Report cards that are returned for an incorrect address will be held, along with the student's next years schedule, until proof of residency is provided.
In addition, if you plan to move over the summer and leave the Tomball district, you must contact the Registrar’s Office so that your student’s important information will be ready for transfer to the new school. You will be given paperwork, which will help for an easier transition to your new school.
Students and Parents: Very Important!!!
*Students who plan to leave early each day must turn in a note to the teacher of the last class they are attending that day. Teachers will collect the notes at the beginning of the class period. The note must contain the student’s first and last name, as well as the signature of their parent/guardian; e-mails and faxes will not be accepted. If a student does not bring a note, they are not allowed to sign out early, no exceptions. Students do not need to stop by their AP Office after signing out. Once they exit campus, they may not return that day.
*Reminder-students must remain in class until the END of the class period. They cannot be released as they complete their exams, no exceptions.
Pre-order sales ended on Friday, May 19. Those who did not pre-order may purchase a copy starting Wednesday before and after school for $100. It is first-come, first-serve. There is no waitlist or reserving a copy, and there are a limited number of books..
Please see the attached info regarding Final Transcript information.
On behalf of NASC, I want to congratulate you on the occasion of the Tomball Memorial High School Student Council being recognized as a 2017 NASC National Gold Council of Excellence. Earning the award was no small task and your students’ success is a testament to the leadership and support you give to them and their adviser, and to the value placed on student council as an integral part of your school and its educational mission.
