Important message for parent regarding the 2017 STAAR Assessment results.

TMHS parents, this year there will not be paper copies of the STAAR report card (CSR) going home. Instead, parents will have to access them electronically. Here is the information that you will need to know to access your students’ scores.

Your student’s results for the 2017 STAAR assessments are available at

To access the scores you will need your child’s date of birth and unique access code.
You can find your child’s unique code at one of the following:

1. On your child’s previous STAAR Confidential Student Report.

2. On your child’s Home Access Center page. Select the Registration tab at the top of the page. Under Testing Resources you will find your child’s Unique Student Portal Code along with a direct link to the Texas Assessment website.
3. Click the link to be taken directly to the Home Access Portal.

If you have difficulty accessing the scores, Tomball ISD personnel will be available to assist you June 19th through June 20th at Tomball High School (30330 Quinn Rd, Tomball TX 77375) from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. daily.

A message from the TMHS Registrar!

The final student report card will be mailed home to the address in the Home Access Center. If your address is incorrect in Home Access Center, the report card may be returned to the district over the summer and won’t be available until August. Contact the Registrar’s Office to fill out an address change form and to provide the required proof of residency such as a current month utility bill. Report cards that are returned for an incorrect address will be held, along with the student's next years schedule, until proof of residency is provided.

In addition, if you plan to move over the summer and leave the Tomball district, you must contact the Registrar’s Office so that your student’s important information will be ready for transfer to the new school. You will be given paperwork, which will help for an easier transition to your new school.

Thank You
