According to TEKS: Principles of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources will allow students to develop knowledge and skills regarding career and educational opportunities, personal development, globalization, industry standards, details, practices, and expectations. To prepare for careers in agriculture, food, and natural resources, students must attain academic skills and knowledge in agriculture. To prepare for success, students need opportunities to learn, reinforce, experience, apply, and transfer their knowledge and skills in a variety of settings.

Over the next six weeks students are expected to memorize the FFA Creed in it's entirety. Students will present the first paragraph on Friday, September 7th. They will present the remaining paragraphs every Friday there after. Each presentation will count as a MAJOR GRADE.
On the first day of class students were given a course syllabus. At the bottom of this document there is a place for both the student and the parent/guardian to sign. Return the syllabus by Friday, August, 24 for a daily grade. If you misplace your syllabus there is a pdf link in your classroom link.
