Each year, the Pavilion Partners provides scholarships based on talent and academic performance,for local area graduating seniors who will be majoring in the fine arts in college.Scholarships are awarded in six divisions: Dance, Instrumental Music, Musical Theater, Theater Arts, Visual Arts and Vocal Music. The scholarships range from $2500 to $7500.

 ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE!! The application, audition information and guidelines, a tip sheet on how to apply, and all other details about the scholarships are available at: www.woodlandscenter.org/scholarships

The online application deadline is January 17, 2020.

Carsons Scholar Award - Apply by Dec. 9th

 

The Carson Scholars Fund awards $1,000 college scholarships to students in grades 4-11 who excel academically and are dedicated to serving their communities. Scholarship winners receive the honor of being named “Carson Scholars” and are awarded an Olympic-sized medal and a trophy for their school to celebrate their accomplishments. Previous winners of Carson Scholarships are eligible to reapply for Carson Scholar Recognition annually – please visit the Current Scholar page for more information.

Only one student from each school is able to apply, ensuring that each nominee epitomizes academic excellence. Carson Scholars must have a minimum GPA of 3.75 and display humanitarian qualities through community service.

To be nominated for this opportunity, submit a resume, recalculated GPA, and a paragraph explaining how you exemplify a Carson Scholar to Mrs. Phelan by December 9th.

The Coolidge Scholarship is an annually awarded, full-ride, presidential scholarship that covers a student’s tuition, room, board, and expenses for four years of undergraduate study. The Coolidge may be used by recipients at any accredited American college or university. Anyone of any background, pursuing any academic discipline of study, may apply to this non-partisan, need-blind, program.

Students apply for the Coolidge Scholarship during their junior year of high school. Finalists are flown in for a finalist weekend at the Coolidge Historic Site in Plymouth Notch, Vermont where they interview with the Coolidge Scholars Finalist Jury. Recipients of the Coolidge Scholarship are notified of their award late in their junior year, before college application (note: current high school seniors are not eligible to apply). Finalists who are not named Coolidge Scholars are eligible to receive a smaller, one-time, college scholarship.
