Seniors and Senior Parents, welcome to your senior year! This year will be filled with exciting and memorable events.  I hope you and your senior student are looking forward to this year. Seniors, you have many important decisions to make this year.  Start by getting involved and participating in all senior activities.  Remember it is important to remain focused on academics but still find time to celebrate your friends and enjoy all the senior activities that are planned.  Parents, you too can get involved by joining the Senior Parent Organization (SPO at

College Days – Schedule a college campus tour.  You submit your college day request prior to visiting school, so your absence won't count against exemptions.


FALL Tasks


College Bound Student Tasks

    • Register for the TSI if you don’t have qualifying SAT/ACT scores for community college and/or for some universities
  • Complete college applications – see specific college websites for checklist of requirements
  • LSC transcript – (Dual Credit students only) some colleges may request transcript for admissions (see college websites for requirements)
  • Order high school transcript from Registrar’s Office to be sent to college(s) of choice - $2 for official/ $1 unofficial (See the registrar for more information)
  • Oct. 1st FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) opens - Complete and submit FAFSA
  • Scholarships – create profiles with Scholarship Search Engines to start searching/applying



  • Submit a copy of any formal scholarship offers (you do not have to accept) to Mrs. Phelan to be announced during the Senior Awards Ceremony
  • Submit remaining community service hours by April 1st.  You need 160 total approved hours.
  • May - Complete request for final high school transcript to be sent





Tomball Memorial High School will celebrate graduation

at Reed Arena at Texas A&M University in College Station 

on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 1:30 PM.

Tickets and Admission

No tickets are required to attend the graduation ceremonies. 

Students may bring as many guests as they desire to share in the occasion.


Travel, Parking, Maps

 1,500 parking spaces are available at Reed Arena, including 26 spaces for handicap.

There are numerous parking garages and surface lots nearby, with access to Reed Arena.

Seniors graduating at the top 10% of the class will be invited to audition for the commencement address at graduation. More information will be coming in May 2019.
