Welcome to English I Pre-AP and Debate at TMHS! Tomball Memorial is one of the leading high schools in the area, and the English department is proud to be a part of that excellence.

As I begin my 26th year teaching English in Tomball ISD, I look forward to sharing my excitement with a new class. Our department is dedicated to helping students learn to read critically and write clearly. We are committed to helping our students excel on all required tests, but more importantly, in life after high school.

I believe students achieve more when we work as a team - students, teacher, and parents. In order to help facilitate this, I hope you will contact me whenever you have questions or concerns at either 281-357-3230 x 1094 or janetstackhouse@tomballisd.net.

I am available before or after school most days for tutoring. Please let me know when you are coming, and I will be here.

Thanks!
Janet Stackhouse
